Why do I need to send my ID?

To protect your account: you cannot request a withdrawal until your identity has been verified.

How do withdrawals work?

Once your identity is verified, you request a withdrawal from your account, and someone on our team reviews it before it is sent.

What is the difference between the WebTrader and the Client Room?

The WebTrader is where you trade. The Client Room is your client area.

What if I forget my password?
